Today's interesting tidbits

Well, we went to Sudsy Malone's. It's a laundromat/bar all-in-one venue. Sweet.

Okay, nothing more needs to be said...we decided to record and happened to come across Ric playing John's guitar. Enjoy this video.

And you need to find out what kind of Audio Software/Audio Card/Audio Interface (if he doesn't have a card) is in that Mac.

It's not a "Card"...Pro-Tools has a proprietary external interface made by Digidesign that has digital audio ins...so I think the chain goes like this: Mic, Preamp, Tube Comp, A/D converter, Digidesign Interface, Firewire Interface, computer...I think.

Sounds right... I wans't sure if he had a Motu or similar PCIe Card instaleld or if he was using an external interface that used Firewire or USB 2.0. I assume the software is ProTools also?

i'm pretty sure there using a digital converter with a womac intake. now the firewood is how the indigested video makes it to the colon on the streaming S.T.U.P. i think its the I.D. that makes the mac what it is. the tube protraction doesn't show up on the beta card. and im sure if you look at all the capitol letters this is how i feel when you guys talk like that.
